In 2007, one year to the day after her first chemo treatment for a deadly cancer, Jenné ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain. The next year, with no experience whatsoever and not being on a bike in 20 years, she decided she would attempt a triathlon. By 2012 she had completed multiple long distance races, marathons and Ironman triathlons. In 2013, as a favor to her sister and with no real understanding of what lie ahead, she climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa ... and finally stopped running.

Today, Jenné and her husband Steve take others to the top of Africa's tallest mountain and teach life lessons along the way designed to help climbers find their best selves, live a life of meaning and stop the proverbial running that traps us all in patterns of mediocrity and black holes of frustration. In this energizing and inspiring talk, Jenne will share the stories, lessons and practical tools she's learned from the mountain that have helped her make peace, find purpose and stop running.
