We will begin with gentle asana (with nyasa) to release tension from the body, breath and mind. The practice will include all nine steps of 'Mona Anand's ISHTA Yoga Nidra' specifically designed to induce a deep state of relaxation and surrender, and will include visualizations and breath work.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
