In this immersive AIReal Yoga class, Carmen will lead you on a gravity-defying adventure as you explore the art of inversion. You will progress through a series of inverted postures using the hammock as a prop for balance and as a spotting device to safely guide you deeper, accessing postures you might have thought were inaccessible. Its time to Flip Your Hourglass! Practice your yoga in the air, defy gravity, move freely, release fear, and float into a deeper understanding of your wellness.
