When the heart chakra (anahata) is balanced we are both compassionate and self loving. The practice will begin with pranayama and gentle asana followed by a long yoga nidra practice with all nine steps specifically designed to balance the heart chakra bringing balance into our lives and our relationships.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
