We are made up of five vibratory fields (koshas) surrounding our spirit (atman.) Tension in one of these fields affects the others and we lose our connection to our natural state of peace and joy. The practice will release tension in these sheaths using asana, pranayama, restorative postures, visualization and a long yoga nidra.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
