Find yourself moving through yoga poses while floating on this magical thing called a paddle board. Breath in fresh mountain air, breathe out anything that does not serve you during this day. Practice your balance, but remember this is not so serious yoga. We insist on having fun while moving through a super fun class. Beginners through advanced welcome. Challenge your senses in every way.
