This SUP Yoga Flow will focus on the big waves and storms we build for ourselves when crossing our own sea. Fears, excuses, emotions and the ways we build obstacles between us and new adventures, our best life, our desires and dreams. You will be guided through an assertive, strength and confidence building SUP yoga flow. Crossing our oceans with our chin up and on the other side moving forward into all we desire and want from life, physically and emotionally.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
