Reconnect with your natural rhythm as you balance inwardly with the five elements of our being - Space, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. When our internal elements are balanced we are in state of harmony with our mind, body and spirit thus holding space for your highest self and opening the flow for increased health, happiness, peace and potential.

Class will begin with a moment of silence to connect you to your breath, your board and the elements around and within you. Gentle, grounded, breath synced movements will warm your spine and help you feel more comfortable moving on the board. Drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of our external environment and exploring within, you'll find a lightness as you begin to flow through a moderately paced practice with grace and ease. Expect discovery, play and lots of love!

Practice will be sealed with floating savasana, loving kindness and space for gratitude.

You'll be taxied to shore feeling blissfully refreshed and rejuvenated.

Dress in layers and bring a towel if you'd like a little extra comfort during savasana.
