Welcoming all men and women for this fun BOGA (boot camp + yoga) combo fitness class. We will enjoy 45 minutes of bootcamp and then vinyasa for the final 45 minutes to get your morning started on a sweaty note.
This class will leave you full of energy, sweat and all the good feels of a great workout.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
