Learn ways to connect with your inner child and/or your actual children when in nature. Discover playful activities to help you enjoy time in the woods. Your guide has been taking children and adults into the wilds for years and has compiled a lot of tricks to keep things relaxed, fun, and even mildly educational. Using all your senses, awaken your creativity, and tap in to the restorative effects of play.
Class time devoted to lecture: 21-30 minutes
