The female sacred anatomy is a multifunctional and integrated system designed to experience pleasure, make babies, and experience deep attachment. Many of us explore connection with our external bodies through yoga and movement, but have a surface connection to our most intimate parts. We often expect our sexual partners to know exactly how to navigate our bodies and yet oftentimes we don’t have a sense of what pleasures us without them. This disconnected behavior reflects a warped cultural view of the sacred female body.

We’ve long been exposed to negative conditioning about our bodies. And our bodies have long been under attack. We are here to invoke the divine within our bodies, celebrate our bodies. We have to remember that we are holy. That each of us is a safe space.

Nothing is more sacred than the creative process. There is no force more powerful than the female orgasm. Passive engagement with our bodies means we are not living to our fullest pleasure potential. We must not only respect our bodies, but reclaim our bodies as sacred. Ritual comes from Rtu in Sanskrit which means “menses”.

Come explore your intimate topography and reclaim powerful rituals for self-care. Through guided meditation, vocal work and body awareness, uncover the erectile network and our pleasure system and how you can tap into your power center as a portal for self-renewal.

*** Whether or not you identify with the pronoun “she”, or currently have phenotypical female anatomy, all of us can still tap into the power of creative life force energy and reclaim the body as a sacred site.
