Release your restrictions with simple tools and techniques
Circulate blood, lymph, oxygen and nutrients throughout your body to promote healing
Flush out inflammation and accumulated acidic metabolic waste
Restore your health, mobility, posture, and sleep
Learn a little of the science behind, and the actual techniques to support and care for the most ubiquitous substance in the body - FASCIA and it's associated structures.

Wouldn't it be amazing to do yoga and get a massage all at the same time? In this innovative class you will experience both in 90 minutes of pure bliss. Prepare to have your mind blown as yoga and myofascial release join forces in what will be a transformative experience for your body, mind and soul. Jessie Kates is an educator, yoga teacher, skilled body worker and anatomy expert and she will share a profound amount of knowledge about your amazing body that will awaken you inner anatomy nerd. Class will begin with an insightful look into the body's brilliant Fascial System so you can gain a deeper appreciation for your body. Then it gets real juicy as we move through gentle yoga poses to investigate where things are stuck. Jessie will then guide us through Myofascial Release techniques using tools provided by RAD Roller to magical unlocknthe tension right before our very eyes.
