Dream Big
Limited Capacity full

How often are you honest with yourself about what you really want? How often do you acknowledge what your deepest desires are? In this empowering meditation we will invite in the clarity around these questions and plant the seeds of intention to start recalibrating the frequency we're emitting. Your thoughts create your frequency, or "vibe", and act as a magnet to the outside world attracting anything that resonates. In this meditation, we will give energy to the thoughts that will actively help us attract what we need to co-create the reality we deserve. There will be a guided introduction into this meditation on this topic followed by a silent meditation using a mantra technique. Basic instruction will be provided.

Invoking the Wisdom Within
Limited Capacity full

So often we try to think our way into creative solutions and into the answers that we yearn for to guide us through life. Unfortunately, the level of awareness that produced the question is not the same level of awareness that houses the most elevated answer. In this meditation you will be guided to activate that inner intelligence coded with in you and then, using a mantra technique, meditate in silence to slip past the awareness of the mind and give the wisdom within space to be revealed.
