Shake Your Buddha
Limited Capacity seats available

This will be a powerful boot camp class designed to make all of your muscles shake! This class will offer a range of exercises to make you sweat, workout your whole body and have some fun while doing it as well, which makes it all worth it. All levels are welcome as there will be many modifications offered so that you can take your fitness to the next level or keep it more yogic. I encourage you wear your tennis shoes, and get ready to work through your legs, core and upper body while getting our heart rates up! Come shake your Buddha with me!
